Being surrounded, as she puts it by 'an enormous market garden and a food lover's paradise' she creates clean imaginative dishes that simply reflect the joy and enthusiasm she feels about life and the art of cooking.
As well as the restaurant, there is a cozy lounge bar, a private dining room to seat up to 8 people, a courtyard for dining during the summer evenings and a terrace over-looking the mountains where you can sip a cocktail before dinner. Also located in the restaurant building is a shop which sells exclusive artisan products including a range from the Fountainhead kitchens.
